<br />HEARINGS
<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Welsh Company's
<br />request for approval of final plat at 1665 County Road
<br />B-2 be continued to the December 7, 1989 city council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the public
<br />hearing on the proposed vacation of American street be
<br />continued to the December 7, 1989 city Council meet-
<br />ing. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Gateway Development
<br />co./Rainbow Food's request for a Special Use Permit
<br />for site plan approval at 1201 Larpenteur Avenue be
<br />continued to the December 7, 1989 City council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that steve Tudisco's
<br />request to relocate a dwelling from 1607 Bruce Street
<br />to 2436 N. Dale Street be approved with the following
<br />condition:
<br />
<br />1. That the property owner dedicate the appropriate
<br />right-of-way across his property, not to exceed
<br />thirty feet, as determined by the City Engineer.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the City Council
<br />December, 1989 meeting schedule be as follows:

<br />December 11 - work session beginning at 5:00 p.m.
<br />
<br />December 18 - regular meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the regular City
<br />Council meeting of November 27, 1989 be rescheduled to
<br />December 7, 1989, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the beginning and
<br />ending dates for the Police civil service term be
<br />changed from January 1 - December 31 to April 1 -
<br />March 31, to coincide with the dates of the other com-
<br />missions. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
