<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - April 9, 1990. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The city council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />An announcement was made regarding the Grand Opening NATURE <br />Ceremonies planned for the Harriet Alexander Nature Inter- CENTER <br />pretive Center on Sunday, April 22. <br /> <br />A presentation was made by Roseville Ducks Unlimited. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-1, B-3 through B-5, and B-7 through <br />B-9, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, <br />Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Michael Peter- <br />son's request for a three foot variance at 891 W. <br />County Road B be approved in accordance with the <br />City's policy concerning minor variances for driveway <br />side yard setbacks. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, John- <br />son, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />This item was deferred to G, Items Removed from <br />Consent Agenda, on the agenda. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the following <br />items be referred to the May 2, 1990 Planning Com- <br />mission and establishing the city Council public <br />hearing for the second regular City Council meeting <br />in May, whatever that date is determined to be: <br /> <br />1. North Heights Hardware, Inc. request for a <br />Special Use Permit for outside storage and <br />merChandising at 2611 Rice Street. <br /> <br />2. Super America request for a special Use Permit <br />for outside storage and merchandising at 2785 <br />Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />3.
