Roseville City Council Minutes April 23, 1990 F-3 Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Roseville Properties request for variances to pylon sign area and setback requirements at 1955 W. County Road B-2 be approved with the following condition: 1. That there be no other pylon signs on the property. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. Nays: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, None. F-4 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that General Growth/ Center companies' request for parking setback variance at Rosedale Shopping Center be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the curb be adjusted to provide a minimum of five feet between the back of the curb and the inside of the retaining wall. 2. That the required right-of-way be dedicated. 3. That the retaining wall be a keystone type wall. 4. That the design be subject to Engineering staff approval. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. Nays: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, None. F-5 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Ashland Oil's request for rear yard setback and parking setback variances at 1925 Lexington Avenue be approved with the following conditions: 1. That there be a right-of-way dedication of sixteen feet along Lexington Avenue. 2. That at such time as the monitoring well is removed, the driveway along Roselawn must be moved so the west edge of the driveway lines up with the west edge of the existing curb on the west side of the property. If, within two years the monitoring well remains, the access driveway must be moved as far west as is deemed acceptable by staff. 3. That the trash enclosure be constructed of materials which match the building, with seven foot high walls and a gate on the south end. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog.
