<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />April 23, 1990 <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Roseville <br />Properties request for variances to pylon sign area <br />and setback requirements at 1955 W. County Road B-2 <br />be approved with the following condition: <br /> <br />1. That there be no other pylon signs on the <br />property. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />None. <br /> <br />F-4 <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that General Growth/ <br />Center companies' request for parking setback variance <br />at Rosedale Shopping Center be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the curb be adjusted to provide a minimum of <br />five feet between the back of the curb and the <br />inside of the retaining wall. <br /> <br />2. That the required right-of-way be dedicated. <br /> <br />3. That the retaining wall be a keystone type wall. <br /> <br />4. That the design be subject to Engineering staff <br />approval. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog. Nays: <br /> <br />Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />None. <br /> <br />F-5 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Ashland Oil's <br />request for rear yard setback and parking setback <br />variances at 1925 Lexington Avenue be approved with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be a right-of-way dedication of <br />sixteen feet along Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />2. That at such time as the monitoring well is <br />removed, the driveway along Roselawn must be <br />moved so the west edge of the driveway lines up <br />with the west edge of the existing curb on the <br />west side of the property. <br /> <br />If, within two years the monitoring well remains, <br />the access driveway must be moved as far west as <br />is deemed acceptable by staff. <br /> <br />3. That the trash enclosure be constructed of <br />materials which match the building, with seven <br />foot high walls and a gate on the south end. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog.
