<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of May 14, 1990 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation
<br />designating Thursday, May 31, 1990, as Howard Dahlgren
<br />Day in Roseville be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: John-
<br />son, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Daryl Hansen's
<br />request for a five foot minor variance at 2146 Rose-
<br />wood Lane South, to allow construction of an addition
<br />onto the rear of an existing dwelling, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Robert and
<br />Jennifer Moore's request for a thirteen foot minor
<br />variance at 1224 Draper Avenue, to allow a six foot
<br />high fence within thirteen feet of the property line
<br />adjacent to the street, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variance requests be approved in
<br />accordance to the City's policy concerning minor
<br />variances for driveway setbacks:

<br />1. Robert Deppe, five foot variance at 2060 Giesmann.
<br />
<br />2. Henry Clausing, five foot variance at 2065
<br />Giesmann.
<br />
<br />3. John Woehrle, four foot variance at 2077 Giesmann.
<br />
<br />4. Merita Hill, five foot variance at 2064 Farrington.
<br />
<br />5. James Faue, four foot variance at 2083 Cohansey.
<br />
<br />6. Mildred Bucher, three foot variance at 345 Burke.
