<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the city Manager
<br />be authorized to enter into an architectural services
<br />agreement with Toltz, King, Anderson, and Associates
<br />for the Public Works cold storage facility. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the contract
<br />between Short, Elliott, Hendrickson and the City of
<br />Roseville for City project ST-85-09, surface water
<br />management plan, be amended to provide a final con-
<br />tract amount of $109,500. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: Maschka.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Nazareth Council
<br />Knights of Columbus be authorized to conduct Bingo
<br />games at the Fourth of July Celebration in Central
<br />Park, and that the exemption to the forty-five day
<br />requirement be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the proposed
<br />pathway Snow Removal Policy to be implemented in the
<br />winter of 1990-1991 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the City of Rose-
<br />ville policy relating to the acceptance of donations
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8579,
<br />transferring community television programming respon-
<br />sibilities from Group W Cable to the North Suburban
<br />Cable Commission, and authorizing the North Suburban
<br />Cable Commission to undertake tasks required for the
<br />implementation of the above referenced resolution, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8580,
<br />amending, by substitution, the North Suburban Cable
<br />Commission Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the
<br />administration of a cable communication system, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Adel Alwan's
<br />request for two amusement device licenses at 2180 N.
<br />Dale Street be denied, and that comments be requested
<br />from the adjacent school. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas and
<br />Cushman. Nays: Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. (Motion
<br />defeated. )
