<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - July 9, 1990. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Thomas. <br />Members absent: Rog. <br /> <br />A. <br />A-I <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />B-4 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of June 25, 1990 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and <br />Thomas. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-2, B-3, and B-5 through B-8 be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, <br />Maschka, and Thomas. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that David Malm- <br />strom's request for a minor variance of four feet, to <br />construct a deck onto the rear of his existing house, <br />at 3074 Mount Ridge Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Thomas. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Larry Holmes <br />request for a minor variance of one and one-half feet, <br />to add on to the side and front of his existing single <br />car attached garage, at 1821 Dale Court be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and <br />Thomas. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the following <br />minor variances be approved in accordance with the <br />City's policy concerning minor variances for driveway <br />setbacks: <br /> <br />1. James st. Amant request for a three foot variance <br />at 2047 Giesmann street. <br /> <br />2. Raymond Thole request for a four foot variance at <br />2357 Top Hill Circle. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and <br />Thomas. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the following <br />items be referred to the August 1, 1990 Planning Com- <br />mission meeting and establishing the Council public <br />hearings for August 27, 1990: <br /> <br />1.
