<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that a public hearing
<br />concerning the Olive Garden Restaurant's application
<br />for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 1525
<br />County Road C be established for the regular City
<br />Council meeting of August 13, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Rog seconded, that John and Carol
<br />Andert's request for lot division at 457 County Road
<br />B-2 West be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that an amendment to
<br />the current City Assessment POlicy, Policy No. 20-010,
<br />incorporating the changes to corner lot assessments be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the proposed
<br />Public Works Department policy for project financing
<br />and final contract acceptance procedures be approved.

<br />Legion Post No. 542 application for a one day, off
<br />site gambling permit at 2701 North Lexington, be
