<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />of the regular meeting of August 21, 1990 be approved.

<br />Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson, because he was absent.

<br />Designating September 22, 1990, as National Voters
<br />Registration Day in Roseville be approved. Roll Call,

<br />Proclaiming the Week of September 11 through 23, 1990,
