<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
<br />
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City
<br />Hall on the twelfth day of August, 199~, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog
<br />
<br />and the following were absent: Johnson and Thomas.
<br />
<br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:

<br />RESOLUTIONS NO. 8698

<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR PROJECT NO. W-90-21
<br />WATER BOOSTER STATION, CONTROL AND TELEMETRY IMPROVEMENTS
<br />
<br />Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement,
<br />according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office
<br />of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on July 25, 1991,
<br />at 2:30 o'clock p.m., opened and tabulated according to law and
<br />the following bids were received complying with the ~dvertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Twin City Electric is the lowest responsible
<br />bidder at the base bid amount of $299,792, Alternate 1, SCADA system for
<br />the three stormwater lifts in the amount of $12,172, Alternate 2,
<br />switch-over repeated radio backup system in the amount of ~3,204, for a
<br />total bid amount of $315,168.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville, Minnesota:
<br />
<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter
<br />into a contract with Twin City Electric for $315,168 in the name of
<br />the City of Roseville for the above improvement" according to the
<br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the city
<br />Council and on file in the office of the City Manager.
