Members absent: None. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A-I Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES <br />the regular meeting of September 10, 1990 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Items 1-8 of the CONSENT <br />Consent Agenda be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, AGENDA <br />Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Paul Johnson's PAUL JOHNSON <br />request for a four foot minor variance, in accordance <br />with the City's policy concerning minor variances for <br />driveway side yard setbacks, at 2891 Fairview be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Michael Path's MICHAEL PATH <br />request for a 10-1/2 foot minor variance for an <br />approximate 11 x 22 addition onto his existing attached <br />single car garage to create a double car garage at <br />1754 Lydia Avenue W be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Catherine Peter- <br />son's request for a two foot minor variance to allow <br />construction of a detached garage within a side yard <br />and within eight feet of her side property line at <br />1959 Lexington Avenue North be approved.
