Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Rog seconded, that Resolution 8622, <br />denying the Richard Kettler/Mel Buesseler request for <br />rezoning from R-l to R-2 at 1023 Parker Avenue, be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Thomas Wilmus' <br />request for a Special Use Permit for an amendment to a <br />Planned unit Development at County Road C and Snelling <br />Avenue be approved with the condition that the site be <br />developed as presented to the Planning Commission on <br />October 3, 1990, with the signs and arrows as shown on <br />document dated October 3, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Joseph Linton's <br />request for a Special Use Permit for the expansion of <br />an automobile repair use and to allow rental of <br />vehicles on the site at 2989 Rice Street be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the site be developed in accordance with the <br />plans submitted on October 3, 1990. <br /> <br />2. That a contribution be made to the pathway fund <br />consistent with City policy. <br /> <br />3. That the final landscape, drainage, and rental <br />vehicle storage plan be approved by staff. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />F-l Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Steve Zeece's STEVE ZEECE <br />request for preliminary plat approval at 202 W.
