<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Cooperative
<br />Agreement 90030, between the City of Roseville and
<br />Ramsey County, for reconstruction of Hamline Avenue
<br />from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8623,
<br />receiving the feasibility report and setting a public
<br />improvement hearing for Project P-SW-89-16, Hamline
<br />Avenue improvements from Larpenteur to county Road B,
<br />for the regular City Council meeting of November 13,
<br />1990, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Rosetown Memo-
<br />rial American Legion Auxiliary 542's application for
<br />an exemption from State licensing requirements to con-
<br />duct a raffle at the Rosetown Legion Hall, 700 West
<br />County Road C, on April 6, 1991, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the North Subur-
<br />ban Youth Association's request to waive the sixty day
<br />disapproval period for their scheduled event at
<br />Central Park on October 27, 1990, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1080,
<br />amending Section 89.030, Paragraph 7, of the City Code
<br />of the city of Roseville, by prohibiting the use of
<br />intoxicating liquors in all city parks and limiting
<br />the use of non-intoxicating malt liquors to designated
<br />areas, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Rog moved, Maschka seconded, that potential modifica-
<br />tions for licensing of amusement rooms be referred to
<br />a future Council work session for discussion and
<br />review. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.
