<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8626,
<br />approving and certifying the annual tax levy for
<br />Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 1991, and ending
<br />December 31, 1991 to the County Auditor, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 1081,
<br />modifying Chapter 119 of the City Code of the City of
<br />Roseville regulating Bingo and Lawful Gambling, be
<br />adopted.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the motion be
<br />amended by changing section 119.020, subsection 7, of
<br />the Ordinance to read as follows:
<br />
<br />7. No license or permit issued by the City,
<br />including any Bingo Hall License, grants
<br />the licensee a property right or entitle-
<br />ment to the license or permit. The City
<br />may refuse to issue, renew or revoke the
<br />license or permit for any reason and will
<br />not incur liability for any damages
<br />including, but not limited to, direct,
<br />consequential or incidental damages,
<br />deprivation of property, loss of income,
<br />loss of profits, or loss of livelihood.
