<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the st. Paul
<br />winter Carnival's request to hold their annual soft-
<br />ball tournament on McCarrons Lake, located in the
<br />city of Roseville, on February 2 and 3, 1991, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />Maschka and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that public improve-
<br />ment hearings for the 1991 Pavement Management Program
<br />be scheduled for January 28 and 29, 1991, and staff be
<br />authorized to provide proper published and mailed
<br />notices for the hearings prior to formal receipt of the
<br />feasibility studies. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cush-
<br />man, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />South Oaks Partnership request for variance at 1080 W. SOUTH OAKS
<br />County Road D be continued to the regular City council PARTNERSHIP
<br />meeting of December 10, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: John-
<br />son, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />utility rate increases for Fiscal Year 1991 be RATE
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, ADJUSTMENT

<br />F-4 Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that a contract with FIRE
<br />the City of White Bear Lake, for use of their training DEPARTMENT
<br />facilities by the Roseville Fire Department, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />the City of st. Paul, for use of their training
<br />facilities by the Roseville Fire Department, be con-
<br />tinued to the regular city Council meeting of December

<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
