<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special meeting of the City Council - December 17, 1990. <br /> <br />5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />C. HEARINGS <br />C-l Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that renewal of Romeo ROMEO <br />Salsa's On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses SALSA <br />at 2100 N. Snelling Avenue be approved with the condi- <br />tion that all required application items be submitted <br />before the licenses are issued. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Delores <br />DeLaittre's application for On Sale and Special Sunday <br />Liquor Licenses at 2100 N. Snelling Avenue be continued <br />to the regular City Council meeting of January 14, <br />1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, <br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-2 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8634, RESOLUTION <br />approving the modification of the Tax Increment 8634 <br />Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />Nos. 1 through 12, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />F-l Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the City of NCR COMTEN <br />Roseville be authorized to enter into a Development/ <br />Purchase Agreement with NCR Comten. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog.
