Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />8649 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Cooperative <br />Agreement No. 91001, between the City of Roseville and <br />Ramsey County for construction of County Road B from <br />Dale street to a point 1,250 feet east of Rice street, <br />state Aid Project 62-625-19 be approved, subject to <br />suggested modifications by staff, and authorizing <br />signature of the agreement by appropriate City <br />officials. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, <br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMENT <br />NO. 91001 <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that the 1991 Police <br />Contract settlement be approved, and the City Manager <br />be authorized to execute a contract incorporating the <br />settlement terms. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, <br />Thomas, Maschka, and Rog.
