EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall on the twelfth day of August, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog and the following were absent: Johnson and Thomas. Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIONS NO. 8699 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR PROJECT NO. SS-90-22 SEWER LIFT STATION REPLACEMENTS Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on July 25, 1991, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., opened and tabulated according to'law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Ryan Contracting New Mech Companies, Inc. Barbarossa and Sons Penn Contracting Gilbert Mechanical Gridor Construction Shank Mechanical Inc. Schurcon Inc. $149,000 $155,000 $158,100 $173,000 $177,735 $211,700 $226,000 $268,000 WHEREAS, it appears that Ryan Contracting is the lowest responsible bidder at the base bid amount of $149,000; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Ryan Contracting for $149,000 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the city Manager.
