Roseville City Council Minutes February 25, 1991 Page 4 C-5 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Meam Properties, MEAM Inc. request for preliminary plat at 2330 County Road PROPERTIES C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Meam Properties, Inc. request for Special Use Permit for an automobile use at 2330 County Road C be approved with the follow- ing conditions: 1. That if evidence of any contamination is found on the site, it be totally cleaned up to the satis- faction of the Engineering Department prior to the issuance of a certificate of Occupancy. 2. That plans be modified to provide for trash handl- ing in a manner consistent with the City's stan- dards, including a roof on the structure. 3. That final plans be reviewed to ensure that all roof top utilities are screened in accordance with city standards. 4. That final construction drawings be submitted to make certain none of the proposed landscaping will interfere with sewer and water lines. 5. That erosion control pans be prepared, reviewed, and approved by the Engineering Department prior to commencement of any grading activities on the site. 6. That approval of the proposed sign be deferred until the City sign ordinance is reviewed and modified to allow the proposed sign as submitted. 7. That the applicants secure an easement for storm sewer in the southeast corner of Lot 2. A copy of this easement shall be provided to the City Engineering Department prior to commencement of site development. 8. That a performance bond or Letter of Credit be submitted to the Community Development Department in an amount equal to one and one-half times the estimated cost of the proposed landscaping. 9. That all required assessments be paid. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. Nays: Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, None. Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Meam Properties, Inc. public hearing for final plat approval at 2330 County Road C be continued to the regular City Council meeting of March 25, 1991.
