<br />authorizing the city of Roseville to join an Environ-

<br />F-1 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that George Johnson's GEORGE
<br />request for shoreline building permit and setback JOHNSON
<br />variance at 451 S. McCarrons Boulevard be approved.

<br />a ten year Park Improvement Program (PIP), as detailed MENT PROGRAM

<br />authorized to proceed with plans, specifications,
<br />planning review, and advertisement for bids and price
<br />quotations for six recommended 1991 Park Improvement
<br />Program projects, with monies for the project to be
<br />taken from the $250,000 approved in the 1991 Recrea-
<br />tion Improvement Fund. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.
