<br />request for a shoreline building permit, to construct DAHLBERG
<br />an 18 x 24 foot deck onto the rear of the existing
<br />dwelling at 561 Heinel Drive, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog.

<br />B-6 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8670, RESOLUTION
<br />accepting work completed under 1990 Contract G and 8670
<br />authorizing final payment, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog.

<br />B-7 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Earnest EARNEST MONEY
<br />Money Contract for easements needed on Hamline Avenue, CONTRACTS
<br />Project P-89-16, and receiving signed easements on
<br />Easement Numbers 15-12-19, 15-42-39, 15-42-42, 15-42-
<br />43, 15-42-116, 15-43-35, 15-43-41, 15-43-58, and 15-43-
<br />61 be approved and staff be directed to record said
<br />easements at Ramsey County. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />B-8 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8671, RESOLUTION
<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested 8671
