<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the park land
<br />adjacent to the Zeece plat be declared surplus, and
<br />that City staff pursue purchase of this property from
<br />Ramsey County through its H.R.A. powers. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Thomas. Nays:
<br />Rog.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8673,
<br />authorizing the MnDOT limited use permit for a storm
<br />water sedimentation basin adjacent to County Road B,
<br />west of Rice Street, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8674,
<br />amending the 1991 Budget to reflect the state Aid
<br />Reduction, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that $15,000 be appro-
<br />priated from the Contingent Account for vaccinations
<br />for the city's Police Officers and Firefighters, and
<br />the City Manager be authorized to sign an agreement
<br />with the City of Bloomington for the provision of the
<br />Hepatitis B vaccinations. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1090,
<br />amending the City Code, section 100, to adjust various
<br />business licenses and permit fees, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />OTHER BUSINESS
<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a Council work
<br />session be established for Saturday, April 6, 1991,
<br />from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Cedarholm Golf
<br />Course, 2323 Hamline Avenue North, for the purpose of
<br />reviewing strategic planning. Roll Call, Ayes: Cush-
<br />man, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.
