<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of March 25, 1991 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation,
<br />proclaiming Saturday, April 27, 1991, as Roseville
<br />Arbor Day, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that James Melville's
<br />request for minor variance at 1194 W. Skillman Avenue,
<br />to remove a nonconforming status on an existing garage,
<br />and raise the garage and install a new floor, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Marianito Chua's
<br />request for minor variances at 1280 W. Belmont Lane,
<br />to remove the nonconforming status of an existing
<br />garage, and have the driveways remain in their present
<br />location, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Thomas, Johnson, CUshman, and Rog. Nays: None.
