Nays: <br /> <br />Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, <br />None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Council Member <br />Cushman be appointed to serve on the Roseville/Falcon <br />Heights Opportunities For Cooperation Study steering <br />committee, Council Member Johnson be appointed to <br />serve as alternate, and authorizing the Steering Com- <br />mittee to provide general oversight to the consultant. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Development <br />Agreement with Rosepointe, dated October, 1986, be <br />modified by agreeing that the City of Roseville shall <br />pay $168,000 to Rosepointe in tax increment with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
