A. A-I B. B-1 CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - April 22, 1991. The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Members absent: None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of April 8, 1991 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. CONSENT AGENDA Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items B-1 through B-12, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Roseville Human Rights Commission's Excellence Award be pre- sented to the Roseville Area Schools' Community Educa- tion Department, and Certificates of Recognition be presented to Target-Roseville, Northern States Power Company Metro Customer Operations, and TSE, an employ- ment service for those with developmental disabilities. Stanley Doroff request for 5 foot variance at 1730 Hamline Avenue North. 2. Eugene Anderson request for 5 foot variance at 1707 Alta Vista Drive. 3. Lloyd Kolar request for 5 foot variance at 1731 Alta vista Drive. 4. Michael Barnes request for 4 foot variance at 1735 Alta vista Drive. 5. Lawrence Nelson request for 5 foot variance at 1296 Draper Avenue. 6. Jerald Blair request for 4 foot variance at 1315 Draper Avenue. 7.
