The security plan should be re-evaluated at appropriate intervals and changes made as deemed necessary by the Chief of Police. 2. That adequate parking and safe traffic flow be maintained on the site as determined by the Zoning Administrator, based on documented parking and traffic problems associated with the teen dance program. C-I0 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Pope Associates, Inc. request for Special Use Permit and variance for an automobile related use at 2931 Partridge Road be approved with the fOllowing conditions: POPE ASSOCIATES 1. That the engineering concerns about storm sewer and water main location be resolved. 2. That the landscape plan be revised to provide an additional over story tree in the front yard. That there be additional screening in the berm area to screen overhead doors, repositioning of trees in the easements and right-of-way and re- location and screening of the electrical trans- former. 3. That the development occur in accordance with the plans presented to the City Council, which include the elimination of the one way exit only curb cut and increased landscaping along Partridge Road. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. Nays: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, None. C-ll Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a contaminated soil disposal permit for Hyman Freightways, 2690 N. Prior Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. HYMAN FREIGHTWAYS D. D-l ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that George Harrison, steve Zeece, and Mike Faschingbauer be reappointed to three year terms on the Residential Waste Management Advisory Committee beginning April 1, 1991, and ending March 31, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. RESIDENTIAL WASTE MANAGE- MENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE RE- APPOINTMENTS D-2 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Jim DeBenedet be PLANNING appointed to serve as Planning commission Chairman for COMMISSION a one year term, and John Goedeke ,be appointed to CHAIRMAN serve as Vice Chairman for a one year term.
