<br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8677,
<br />awarding the bid for 1991 Contract A, City Projects
<br />P-91-02-56, P-91-02-45, ST-91-10, SS-W-P-91-13, and
<br />M-91-06 to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. in the low
<br />bid amount of $860,382.76, be adopted. Roll call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, and Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />Abstain: Cushman.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8678,
<br />awarding the bid for 1991 Contract B, City Projects
<br />P-91-02-68 and ST-91-08 to T. A. Schifsky and Sons,
<br />Inc. in the low bid amount of $389,279.95, be adopted.

<br />awarding the bid for 1991 Contract C, City Projects P- 8679
<br />91-02-57 (south half) and P-91-03 to Central Landscaping
<br />in the low bid amount of $495,692.86, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and Cushman.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to enter into a contract with Dahlgren,
<br />Shardlow, and Uban, Inc., for an amount not to exceed
<br />$20,000, for services and expenses to conduct a golf
<br />facilities feasibility study as outlined in the City of
<br />Roseville's Request For Proposal dated March 12, 1991,
<br />and concurred with in the proposal of Dahlgren, Shard-
<br />low and Uban dated April 5, 1991. The study shall be
<br />funded $17,000 from the 1991 Golf Course Budget and
<br />$3,000 from Golf Course Reserves. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and Cushman. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that staff be autho-
<br />rized to enter into exclusive negotiations with Ryan
<br />Construction Company for a thirty day time period and
<br />that the Council approve the industrial concept plans
<br />for Twin Lakes, and authorizes John Shardlow, of
<br />Dahlgren, Shardlow and Uban, to prepare modified maps
<br />and narrative to review with the Planning commission
<br />and property owners. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas,
<br />Johnson, and Cushman. Nays: None.
