<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of
<br />regular meeting of April 22, 1991 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-8, B-10 and B-11, be
<br />approved. Roll Call Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Friday, May 17,
<br />1991, be proclaimed as Poppy Day in Roseville. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Rosewood Estates
<br />request for a shoreline permit to extend an existing
<br />retaining wall 60 feet, provide a 350 foot long
<br />asphalt walkway along the north side of the existing
<br />building, and to extend their parking lot to add two
<br />parking stalls on the northeast corner of the parking
<br />lot at 2750 N. Victoria street be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Jerry Kunzer,
<br />John Coleman and Janet Surry's request for a minor
<br />variance to enclose an existing deck, located 18 feet
<br />away from the rear property line instead of the
<br />required 30 feet, to create a three season porch at
<br />1231-33 Rose Place be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Eugene Roeller's
<br />request for a minor variance to rear yard setback
<br />requirements of 28-1/2 feet instead of the required 30
<br />feet, to construct a three season porch on the rear of
<br />the existing dwelling at 2930 Merrill street, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Chiew Koay's
<br />request for a minor variance for an existing driveway
<br />24 feet from the right-of-way line instead of the
<br />required 30 feet, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rag. Nays: None.
