<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Minnesota
<br />Special Olympics (MSO) be authorized to hold a street
<br />dance for participants of MSO on Tuesday, June 4,
<br />1991, from approximately 7:30 p.m. to no later than
<br />10:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the Roseville Area
<br />High School in accordance to the requirements outlined
<br />in city policy. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Custom Fire
<br />Apparatus be awarded the bid for rebuilding a 1977
<br />pumper, including discharge valve, deluge set, dump
<br />valve, pressure gauges, and the trade-in of a 1969
<br />pumper for a total amount of $89,260, to be funded
<br />$85,000 from the 1991 Budget and $4,260 from the Fire
<br />Equipment Replacement Fund. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Thomas, and Rag. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8681,
<br />approving the plans and specifications for Project P-
<br />ST-SS-91-04, Terrace Drive, Lincoln Drive to cul-de-
<br />sac be adopted and authorizing advertisement for bids.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the earnest
<br />money contract for easement needed at 1862 Hamline
<br />Avenue, Project P-89-16, be received and staff be
<br />directed to record said easement at Ramsey County.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Remington
<br />Electric be authorized to proceed with replacement of
<br />the street lighting system for the civic Center com-
<br />plex based on the proposal dated April 22, 1991, in
<br />the amount of $8,890, and authorizing the appropriate
<br />city officials to enter into a contract with Remington
<br />Electric for this work, with project financing from
<br />the Physical Plant Depreciation Fund. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rag. Nays: None.

<br />at 2555 N. Snelling Avenue, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rag. Nays: Thomas.
