<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of May 13, 1991 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None. Abstain: Johnson, because he was not present
<br />at that meeting.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1, B-2 and B-4 through B-13, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Cush-
<br />man, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Joseph Wirrer's
<br />request for a minor variance at 2617 Fernwood Court,
<br />to construct a three season porch onto the rear of the
<br />existing unit with a 20 foot setback on the east side
<br />and a 25 foot setback on the west side instead of the
<br />required 30 feet, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: John-
<br />son, Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Jim Becker's
<br />request for a minor variance at 1281 W. Shryer Avenue,
<br />for an existing driveway located 8 feet from the
<br />right-of-way line instead of the required 30 feet, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Cush-
<br />man, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Gregory and
<br />Debra Gogins' request for a minor variance at 2319 N.
<br />Victoria street, for an addition on the north side of
<br />their dwelling to be set back 12 feet because of the
<br />hardship presented by the previous acquisition of the
<br />right-of-way by the state, and because the proposed
<br />addition would be no closer to the right-of-way than
<br />the existing dwelling, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that George Reiling's
<br />request for a minor variance at 3063 N. victoria
<br />street, to locate a house with a 30 foot setback
<br />instead of the required 40 feet to allow two mature
<br />Oak trees to be saved, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.
