Nays: None. <br /> <br />B- 9 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a public hearing <br />be established for Monday, June 10, 1991, for the pur- <br />pose of considering the proposed ordinance banning the <br />sale of tobacco materials from vending machines and <br />self-service of individual packages, and revocation of <br />license for selling these products to people under the <br />age of 18. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Cush- <br />man, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-10 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following <br />addendum be added to the Joint Powers Agreement <br />regarding sponsorship of the Northwest Youth and <br />Family Services Bureau: <br /> <br />1. To specifically name the City of Roseville as the <br />sponsoring community and responsible for adminis- <br />trative services; and <br /> <br />2. To modify the term of the agreement to reflect an <br />indefinite term, unless any community gives sixty <br />days written notice, of its intent to cancel the <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog.
