Nays: <br /> <br />Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, <br />None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1092, <br />amending the City Code of the city of Roseville by <br />adding backyard composting as a nuisance, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Rog seconded, that the city enter into <br />an agreement with Commercial Property Investments, <br />Inc. (CPI) whereby CPI's actions against the city of <br />Roseville regarding the property between the present <br />Library site and the Chandler-Wilbert Vault Company <br />are dismissed with prejudice. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, <br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: Maschka and Cushman. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Rag seconded, that no further claims <br />will be made against the city by Commercial Property <br />Investments, Inc. regarding the above mentioned <br />property. The consideration the City of Roseville is <br />giving in this matter is that the City agrees to waive <br />all costs and disbursements. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, <br />Johnson, and Rag.
