<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of August, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8700 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS ST-90-09 AND ST-90-10 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed assessments for Improvements ST-90-09 and ST-90-10 <br />should be and are hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />13-29-23-23-0022 <br />13-29-23-12-0017 <br />13-29-23-12-0013 <br />13-29-23-12-0014 <br /> <br /> CHANGE MADE <br />NAME ORIGINAL REVISED <br />Block $3,039.29 $0.00 <br />Gross $414.78 $0.00 <br />Humphreys $1,576.16 $866.20 <br />Dahlen $414.78 $0.00 <br /> <br />PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION <br />NUMBER <br /> <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the <br />foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said proposed <br />assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment <br />of the cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Cóuncilmember Thomas and upon vote being-taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
