Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-14, be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Food World, Inc., <br />dba Chop stick Inn, Application for Temporary Endorse- <br />ment for outside Sale and Consumption of Nonintoxicat- <br />ing Malt Liquor at 1744 Lexington Avenue be approved <br />with the condition that arrangements for security on <br />the site be approved by the Police Chief. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Sandra Armbrust <br />and Elizabeth Hinrich's request for a minor variance <br />at 2200 Dellwood Street, to allow their driveway to be <br />reconstructed at its present location when the street <br />is improved, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, <br />Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8685, <br />vacating a portion of a drainage easement at 2221 and <br />2223 Ferris Lane, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, <br />Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that the following <br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with <br />the City's blanket minor variances for driveway side <br />yard setbacks: <br /> <br />1. Steven Skamser request for 2 foot variance at 1293 <br />Ryan Avenue West. <br /> <br />2. Charles Maiwurm request for 3 foot variance at 1766 <br />Alta vista Drive. <br /> <br />3. Monnie Khai Hing request for 5 foot variance at <br />1036 Shryer Avenue. <br /> <br />4.
