<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8688B,
<br />vacating the drainage and utility easement, as
<br />requested at 423 South Owasso Boulevard be adopted
<br />with the condition that a similar easement be provided
<br />when the administrative lot division occurs. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that David Seaberg's
<br />request for withdrawal of his request for rezoning,
<br />from R-1 to R-2 at 3104 Fairview Avenue North, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Bob and Peggy
<br />Slater's request for rezoning, general concept and
<br />development stage approval of a Planned Unit Develop-
<br />ment for the Lake Owasso Marina at 2774 victoria Street
<br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />August 12, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the Corpus
<br />Christi Church request for Comprehensive Plan change
<br />from School to Low Density Residential at 2131 Fair-
<br />view Avenue North be approved subject to submittal and
<br />approval of the proposed change by the Metropolitan
<br />council. Roll call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that the Corpus
<br />Christi Church request for preliminary plat at 2131
<br />Fairview Avenue North be continued to the regular city
<br />Council meeting of July 22, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:

<br />C-7 Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8688C, RESOLUTION
<br />vacating the north 15 feet of lone street adjacent to 8688C
<br />1746 North Hamline Avenue be adopted with the following
<br />conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the new driveway opening and driveway be
<br />built to City standards, including a 5 foot set-
<br />back to the relocated lone street right-of-way.
<br />
<br />2. That the new driveway be designed to include a
<br />backup space allowing cars to maneuver properly
<br />and head out onto Hamline Avenue.
