Certain devices are categorized as video gambling and we <br />were unable to contact the applicant prior to the 28th meeting to <br />clarify these concerns. <br /> <br />The applicant has since provided the city with the necessary <br />information and we have determined the device does meet with all <br />city code requirements. <br /> <br />staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff is recommending issuance of a Business/Corporate License <br />for 1 amusement device to: <br /> <br />Tommy Kramer <br />doing business with <br />Joe Sensor's Bar <br />2350 Cleveland Ave. <br />
