<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of June 24, 1991 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-13, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Robert Spartz'
<br />request for a shoreline permit and variance to replace
<br />a deck over the top of a screen porch with an addi-
<br />tional screened porch, set back 45 feet from the lake,
<br />at 649 Heinel Drive, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that William Kinnu-
<br />nen's request for a minor variance setback of 13 feet
<br />instead of the required 30 feet from the new property
<br />line adjacent to Alta vista Drive after the city
<br />acquires 5 additional feet, to allow him to remove an
<br />existing mud room and replace it with a larger dining
<br />room addition at 1810 Alta vista Drive, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that David and Janice
<br />Kastelic's request for a minor variance to add an
<br />addition onto the front of their house to be setback
<br />28.5 feet at 945 Brooks Avenue, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Bob and Shirley
<br />Covert's request for a minor variance to allow a 2
<br />foot driveway side yard setback and a driveway separa-
<br />tion of 5 feet to allow the driveway to remain at its
<br />existing location and configuration at 1276 W. County
<br />Road B, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.
