<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1094,
<br />correcting ordinance 1085 by repealing section 8420,
<br />Paragraph 8, applying the design standards to the
<br />appropriate business zones as originally intended, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />amending the city Code of the city of Roseville by
<br />amending permit requirements for Fire Prevention
<br />Equipment by amending Section 34.090, Paragraph C, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />an emergency door release for the Roseville Police
<br />Department K-9 Squad in the amount of approximately
<br />$650.00, by Sonitrol of the Twin cities, Inc., be

<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Earnest Money Contract be approved, receiving the
<br />signed easement as numbered, and directing staff to
<br />record said easement at Ramsey County:

<br />Easement No. 14-41-24, in the amount of $400.00.
