<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and
<br />Rog. Members absent: None.

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-l Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of August 12, 1991 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None. Abstain: Johnson and Thomas because they were
<br />absent.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the special meeting of August 13, 1991 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None. Abstain: Johnson and Thomas because they were
<br />absent.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-8, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Susan Hamilton's
<br />request for a minor variance at 1154 Eldridge Avenue,
<br />to allow the installation of a second driveway,
<br />located 7 feet away from the existing driveway instead
<br />of the required 10 feet, to store boats and RV's in
<br />compliance with the City's ordinances, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />blanket minor variance be approved in accordance with
<br />the City's policy regarding blanket minor variances
<br />driveway side yard setbacks:
