<br />2. That an additional 10 feet of right-of-way be
<br />dedicated along victoria.

<br />3. That the easement agreement be signed.

<br />4. That no more than 45 boats be stored on the site
<br />at anyone time. On the north lot, only the gravel
<br />area currently used for parking and storage shall
<br />be used for boat storage and vehicle parking.

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Everest Develop-
<br />ment Ltd. request for a Special Use Permit for Office/
<br />Service uses at 2140 and 2210 County Road C, be
<br />approved based on plans submitted, with the condition
<br />that screening of roof top utilities be screened by
<br />parapets as indicated by the applicant. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1099,
<br />providing for the regulation of motor vehicle rental
<br />and leasing businesses by amending the City Code of
<br />the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Ordinance 1100,
<br />amending the city Code of the City of Roseville by
<br />defining the procedure for approving minor changes
<br />to approved plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that parcels greater
<br />than one acre be assessed according to the City
<br />assessment policy. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Walsh
<br />assessment on the road portion of the project be
<br />reduced by 50 percent. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson and
<br />Maschka. Nays: Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Motion
<br />failed.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the assessments
<br />with regard to benefit be approved as proposed. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
