<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that a previous deci-
<br />sion to allow parking on the west side of Hamline
<br />Avenue be reconsidered. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8711,
<br />allowing parking on the west side of Hamline Avenue
<br />from Larpenteur to Shryer with parking restricted on
<br />the east side, and no parking on both sides of Hamline
<br />Avenue from Shryer to County Road B, Project 89-16, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas,
<br />Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />OTHER BUSINESS
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation
<br />regarding Constitution Week be added to the agenda.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation
<br />proclaiming September 17 - 23, 1991 as Constitution
