<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the city Council - October 14, 1991. <br /> <br />The city Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Janet Rog was named "Recycler of the Year" and presented <br />with a plaque. <br /> <br />The city of Roseville was awarded All star city status for <br />1991 and a proclamation from Governor Carlson, proclaiming <br />October 21 as Roseville All star city Day in Minnesota, was <br />presented to the City. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />RECYCLER OF <br />THE YEAR <br /> <br />ALL STAR <br />CITY STATUS <br /> <br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A-I Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES <br />the regular meeting of September 23, 1991 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of <br />the special meeting of September 26, 1991 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Rog moved, Johnson seconded, that Frank Rekuski's <br />request for minor variance at 1225 Josephine Road and <br />the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association's request <br />for a Class A and Class B Premises permit to conduct <br />lawful gambling activities at the Knights of Columbus <br />Hall at 2555 N. Snelling Avenue be voted on separately. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: <br />Thomas and Cushman. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-1, B-3 through B-6, B-8 and B-9 be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, <br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Susan Cormican's <br />request for minor variance at 3115 Evelyn street, to <br />allow her to construct a six foot fence with a ten <br />foot setback from the property line adjacent to County <br />Road D, be approved with the condition that a gate be <br />provided on the east side, centered over the storm <br />sewer line, and that no trees be planted in the gate <br />area.
