<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Cooperative
<br />Agreement No. 91024, for installation of concrete curb
<br />and gutter on Cleveland Avenue be approved as part of
<br />the 1992 overlay project from County Road C to County
<br />Road D. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />city Manager be authorized to execute a release of
<br />easement at 2806 Merrill street, and staff be directed
<br />to record the document at Ramsey County. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that release of ease-
<br />ment No. 341845, dated December 11, 1954, as it exits
<br />on 2778 N. Griggs be approved, and staff be directed
<br />to prepare the release of easement document for execu-
<br />tion by the Mayor and City Manager, and record it at
<br />Ramsey County. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that release of ease-
<br />ment and receiving a corrected easement over vacant
<br />property east of Victoria street to Lake Owasso be
<br />approved, and directing staff to record the documents
<br />at Ramsey County. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8713,
<br />Frank Rekuski's minor variance at 1225 Josephine Road,
<br />be adopted subject to the actions outlined in an
<br />agreement dated September 17, 1991. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Rog moved to approve a Class A and Class B Premises
<br />Permit for the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association
<br />to conduct lawful gambling activities at the Knights
<br />of Columbus Hall at 2555 N. Snelling Avenue. Motion
<br />died for lack of a second.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Area Youth Hockey Association's request for renewal of
<br />a Class A Premises Permit to conduct lawful gambling
<br />at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 2555 N. Snelling
<br />Avenue be approved, and no action be taken on the
<br />Class B Premises Permit request by the Roseville Area
<br />Youth Hockey Association. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and Maschka. Nays: Rog.
