<br />1 for City Project No. 91-04, amending the substantial 91-04
<br />completion date from September 20, 1991 to June 30,
<br />1992 and the final completion date from June 30, 1992
<br />to July 31, 1992, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8731A, providing for the public sale of $2,200,000
<br />General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 18, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Revenue Note of 1982, Series A (Heco, Inc. project)
<br />and $1,500,000 Commercial Development Revenue Note of
<br />1982, Series B (Heco, Inc. project), be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />H-1 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1107, ORDINANCE
<br />regarding Forestation Control, be adopted subject to 1107
<br />final codification by the City Attorney. Roll Call,

<br />H-2 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8733, RESOLUTION
<br />providing for the modification of the MSA bond agree- 8733
<br />ment now on file with the State of Minnesota Depart-
