<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of January 13, 1992 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8741,
<br />in appreciation to Ray Faulhaber upon his retirement
<br />from the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1, B-3 through B-6, and B-8 and B-9
<br />be approved, and three items, J-1 through J-3, be
<br />added to the January 27 City Council Agenda. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, .and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation
<br />proclaiming February 9 - 15, 1992 as D.E.C.A. (Distri-
<br />butive Education Clubs of America) Week in Roseville
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />This item was deferred to G-l, Items Removed from
<br />Consent Agenda.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that B-Dale Club's
<br />request for renewal of their premise permit at 2100
<br />North Dale street, to conduct charitable gambling
<br />activities, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
