<br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of January 27, 1992 be approved.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8752, RESOLUTION

<br />Ramsey County for a SCORE Funding Recycling Grant in
