<br />Roseville City council Minutes <br />February 10, 1992 <br /> <br />F. <br />F-1 <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />F-4 <br /> <br />F-5 <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager <br />be authorized to retain the firm of RLK Associates, <br />Ltd. to prepare the Roseville civic Center landscape <br />plan per their proposal dated October 22, 1991, and <br />letter of January 22, 1992, for a total cost of <br />$4,650, to be funded from the Contingency Fund. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the City <br />Manager be authorized to execute a grant application, <br />America the Beautiful, to the DNR for $5,000 for the <br />development of a city wide tree planting plan. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and <br />V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the proposed con- <br />tract with C&S Concessions for provisions of vending <br />services in Roseville Parks be continued to the <br />February 18, 1992 Council work session. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the Mayor and <br />City Manager be authorized to execute the proposed <br />contract with C&S Concessions for provision of con- <br />cession and vending services at the Roseville Ice <br />Arena according to the provisions stated in the con- <br />tract. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the base bid <br />and Alternate No.2 of Collins Electric for $80,300 <br />for the lighting of two fields at the Central Park <br />Victoria Athletic Complex be continued to the February <br />18, 1992 City Council work session. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V.
