<br />DATE: <br /> <br />February 7, 1992 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Steve Sarkozy <br />City Manager <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Nick Ensrude <br />Assistant Finance Director <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Circus Game Room - Har Mar Mall <br /> <br />In June of 1991, American Amusement Arcades applied for renewal of their <br />corporate licenses at the Circus Game Room in Har Mar Shopping Center. <br /> <br />At the August 12, 1991 Council Meeting, the following licenses were <br />approved by the City Council: <br /> <br />71 Amusement Device Licenses <br />1 Music Machine License <br />1 Non-Food Vending Machine License <br />5 Pool Table Licenses <br /> <br />During the month of January, the Building Inspection Department inspected <br />all city locations where a city license had been issued, to verify that <br />the license issued to a given location was correct as to the type of <br />licenses required and the number of licenseable units was correct. <br /> <br />The inspection of the Circus Game Room revealed that they had twenty (20) <br />additional amusement devices over the seventy one (71) they were licensed <br />for. American Amusement Arcades was contacted about the problem, and <br />has submitted a license application for the additional twenty (20) <br />amusement devices. <br />
