<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Cotincil of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of August, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the' following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8701A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT P-90-02-71 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed assessments for Improvement P-90-02-71 should be and <br />are hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION <br />NUMBER/ADDRESS <br /> <br />NAME <br /> <br />ASSESSABLE FOOTAGE <br />ORIGINAL REVISED <br /> <br />13-29-23-24-0002 <br />391 N. McCarrons Blvd. <br /> <br />Schlosser <br /> <br />243.70 <br /> <br />235.80 <br /> <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the <br />foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said proposed <br />assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment <br />of the cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
