<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that A-Plus Industries
<br />request for variances for fence height, existing
<br />building and parking lot setbacks, and outside storage
<br />at 1430 W. County Road C be approved, with the condi-
<br />tion that existing setbacks be verified, and subject
<br />to final dismissal of pending civil and criminal liti-
<br />gation, which may be verified by affidavit to the City
<br />Manager. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Joint
<br />Powers Agreement between the City of Roseville and the
<br />City of st. Anthony, for engineering services on Pro-
<br />ject 92-03, Neighborhood 2, Old Highway 8 reconstruc-
<br />tion from T.H.88 to County Road D, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the agreement
<br />between the City of Roseville and Donald Roberts, for
<br />access to his parcel located at the intersection of
<br />Terminal Road and Long Lake Road, and authorization
<br />for consideration of his variance application for
<br />placement of signs on City property in the same loca-
<br />tion, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka,
<br />P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the base bid and
<br />Alternate No.2 of Collins Electric, for $80,300 for
<br />the lighting of two fields at the Central Park
<br />Victoria Athletic Complex, be approved, to be funded
<br />with monies from the 1992 approved Park Improvement
<br />Program. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, P. John-
<br />son, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to execute the proposed
<br />contract with C&S Concessions for provision of vending
<br />services in Roseville parks, according to the provi-
<br />sions stated in the contract. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to sign a contract whe~eby
<br />Concordia Academy will dedicate land to the City of
<br />Roseville for park purposes, and the City will con-
<br />struct two ball fields and accompanying amenities and
<br />reconstruct the adjacent Concordia parking lot which,
<br />by contract, will be used by the City for activities
<br />at the park. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
