<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of April 13,1992 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-9, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8795,
<br />in appreciation to Gary Anderson upon his retirement
<br />from the city of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation,
<br />proclaiming April 28, 1992, as National Youth Service
<br />Day in Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that King of Kings
<br />Lutheran Church request for withdrawal of variance at
<br />2330 N. Dale Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Boyd Bowman's
<br />request for minor variance at 265 W. Transit Avenue,
<br />to construct an addition onto his existing house with
<br />a rear yard setback of 21 feet instead of the required
<br />30 feet, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variances for driveway side yard set-
<br />backs in accordance with City policy be approved:
<br />
<br />1. Lorraine Gilbertson request for 2.5 foot variance
<br />at 1363 W. Sandhurst Drive.
<br />
<br />2. Janet Cotone request for a 2 foot variance at 1384
<br />W. Sandhurst Drive.
<br />
